- Privacy and Data
- We store data for service enhancement. Data handling is as per our Privacy Policy.
- Proprietary Rights
- We retain rights to our methods, tools, and content. You maintain ownership of data you provide but grant us a license for service provision.
- Payments and Subscription
- Some services necessitate payment. We might utilize third-party payment processors. Subscriptions may incur recurring charges. Authorization is needed for periodic charges until cancellation.
- Termination
- You can discontinue our services anytime. We reserve rights to terminate or suspend our services for any reason.
- Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is capped at the amount you've paid for our services.
- Governing Law
- These TOS fall under Ontario, Canada laws. Legal actions related to these TOS must occur in Ontario.

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Consulting Services provided by Vikas Vimal Inc. ('we', 'us', 'our'). This policy outlines the types of information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can control your information.

- User Data: Name, email, company details, and preferred communication methods are collected when you engage with our services. This information is retained for communication and service provision purposes.
- Project Data: Details of projects, workflows, databases, and any associated information shared during the consulting process are stored for the purpose of service delivery.
- Usage Data: Metrics on how our platform or tools are utilized, including dates, times, and frequency may be used for service improvement purposes.
- Sharing Information
- Third-party Tools: Information may be shared with third-party tools for the purpose of project execution. They are bound by their respective privacy policies.

- User Control Over Data
- Data Access: You can request a copy of all your data stored with us.
- Data Ownership: All solutions delivered are a property of the client for whom the delivery was made. Vikas Vimal Inc will not host, or claim ownership of any workflow, integration etc developed expressly for a client. Vikas Vimal Inc may separately set up custom actions, workflows, services, etc. and make them available to use by its clients. The client is not bound to use those services and can always choose to migrate to a separate provider or to build a custom solution.
- Data Deletion: Request data deletion to erase all data related to your projects.
- Protection of Minors
- We do not knowingly engage in consulting projects with individuals under 18 years of age.
- Security Measures
- Appropriate measures are in place to protect user information from unauthorized access or potential breaches, including 2-factor authentication, Login with Google, and Authenticator apps.
- The most common security measure is to keep ALL client project data linked to an email account owned by the client themselves, with access to the said account shared with us.

- We reserve the right to modify this policy. Periodically review for updates.
